Applications to Register Death / Transmission Applications

If a loved one has recently passed away and you owned real estate jointly, we can prepare the required Application for lodgement at the Land Services Group (formerly Land Titles Office) on your behalf.

 Aspect Conveyancing can make selling or purchasing a property as stress free as possible. Aspect can conduct settlements via PEXA (Property Exchange Australia). PEXA is Australia’s online property exchange network. The PEXA platform assists Conveyancers to lodge document with Land Registries and complete the financial settlement electronically.
